Capsule of Life

Offered by the Calgary EMS Foundation, in partnership with TransCanada, this small, plastic capsule is used when people cannot provide their own medical information. Each capsule contains a form that can provide pertinent data regarding an individual's medical information. This form is stored in the capsule and kept inside the refrigerator. In an emergency the Capsule of Life can be accessed by emergency medical personnel.

If you would like a Capsule of Life for your home, call the Community Resource Centre at 403-207-7082 or email crcinfo@chestermere.ca.
