Birth Park Planting

If you have a child that was born in 2010 or 2011, plant a birthing tree to

commemorate their birth. The trees are large calipers, approximately 7 feet in height and cost $25 if you are a

Chestermere resident, and $50 for all

applicants wishing to have a tree planted in recognition of a child who was not born to a family living within the Town of

Chestermere. The planting will be done in September at Sunset Beach. See www.chestermere.ca for details.

Babysitting Co-op

Share the task of babysitting by swapping time with other parents. A babysitting co-op enables member parents to leave their children and feel secure that they are being well cared for. Members use a point system and points are swapped and managed by the secretary/administrator, which rotates each month. For more information on the co-op or dates of meetings in your area, please feel free to contact Ramona Bagley. Email rockyviewbsc@yahoo.ca or call 403-249-4420.
