We are Youth Encouraging Lasting Leadership. WE ARE YELL!! We're looking for YOU!
(If you are between the ages of 12-18)

Don't just say it...YELL!
YELL (Youth Encouraging Lasting Leadership) was created to provide a voice for the youth in the community. YELL helps youth th achieve their goals while encouraging personal growth opportunities, leadership development, skill building and by providing youth a chance to excel.
YELL members learn how to take the lead in planning various community events, social and recreational activities and increase growth of opportunities of interest to them. YELL helps to raise awareness of youth related issues and promotes new and exciting opportunities for youth.
When asked "What does YELL stand for?", the Chestermere YELL Council replied:
Meeting new people
Developing friendships
Having a voice in the community
Sharing our opinions
Activities and FUN!
Taking a stand against bullying
Letting Town Council know what's important to YOUTH
Making Chestermere a better place to live
Opportunity to achieve our goals
Becoming a role model
YELL Council members are 12-19 years old and represent schools throughout Chestermere and South East Rocky View including:
